These terms govern the relationship between Tamyouz Company ("the Company") and its customers ("the Client") for the supply of medical, scientific, and laboratory equipment and consumables. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our services.

2. Product Ordering Process

The ordering process follows these steps:

• Inquiry: The Client submits a product inquiry via our website, email, phone, or WhatsApp
• Quotation: Tamyouz provides a detailed quotation including product specifications, pricing, and estimated delivery time
• Order Confirmation: The Client confirms the order by accepting the quotation in writing (email or purchase order)
• Delivery: Products are delivered according to the agreed timeline and shipping terms
• Installation (if applicable): Technical team provides installation and training for applicable equipment

All prices quoted are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and are subject to change without prior notice until a formal quotation is issued and accepted.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• Payment terms are specified in the quotation and purchase agreement
• For government entities: Payment as per procurement regulations and contract terms
• For private entities: Payment upon delivery or as agreed in the purchase order
• Bank transfer is the preferred payment method
• All applicable VAT (15%) will be added to the quoted price as per Saudi tax regulations

4. Warranty Information

Equipment warranty terms vary by manufacturer and product type. Standard warranty coverage includes:

• Manufacturer warranty as specified in product documentation (typically 1–2 years for instruments)
• Warranty covers manufacturing defects and component failures under normal use
• Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow operating instructions
• Consumables and reagents are not covered under warranty
• Extended warranty options may be available for select equipment

5. Limitation of Liability

Tamyouz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of products supplied. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure events, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Tamyouz Company or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through the competent courts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
